Workshop: Dealing with Imposter Syndrome and Self-Doubt

Many high-achievers share a secret: deep down they feel like frauds and believe that their accomplishments are the result of serendipitous luck. They know they are successful, but they don’t feel it.
Are you a perfectionist and/or do you sometimes feel like an imposter despite good results? Then this workshop might be interesting for you!
Good to know: imposter syndrome sounds very serious, but it is not an official diagnosis. This means that you are not mentally ill at all If you experience Imposter Syndrome. In fact, so many of us experience this in some point of our lives that is actually normal. But it can be very annoying indeed.
In the workshop you will get insight into the mechanisms of perfectionism and the ways you can deal with it. You will analyze whether you are suffering from imposter syndrome or not. You will also learn some tools about surviving in academia, where a competitive environment is mostly the standard. It is an interactive workshop with the possibility to share experiences.
