Francken Friday Lecture
There is another Francken Friday Lecture from 5 to 6 in the Franckenroom. The lecture will be about the following:
The control and understanding of transport and magnetic properties of 2D materials are of key importance for applications in magnetic memory devices. Using opto-electronic and magneto-optical techniques, we seek to understand and control the properties of layered 2D materials and how spins and magnetism behave in this regime. This talk will be centered around the properties of heterostructures we fabricate to understand the interplay of light, spins and magnetism.
See you then!
