ASML Borrel Lecture: Challenges in optimizing uniformity of light dose

Former physics student of the university of Groningen and board member of Prof. Francken, Joran Böhmer will present a phenomenon involving time-dependent behaviour in transmission of optics that can cause a large impact on dose uniform. Join us in Buckshot cafe for a drink and a lecture with T.F.V. 'Professor Francken' and FMF.  Walk in will be at 17:30 and the lecture will start at 18:00. There will be 3 free drinks (beer, wine soda) per person! Snacks will also be provided. For master students 1 colloquium point will be awarded! If you're a football fan, the world cup (Netherlands vs Qatar) will be streamed in Buckshot cafe at 16:00 before the lecture.
The lecture will not be in the Francken room!
